Kheer :
Ingredients
Milk 1litre
Boil vermicelli’s 1cup
Pistachios 100gm
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Sugar 1-1/2 cup
Dried whole milk 250gm
Screw pine essence 1tsp
Rice ground 4tbsp
Silver paper 4
Pistachios to decorate
Method
In a pan add milk, cardamom powder , pistachios and rice ground cook on low flame for 30 min , now add dried whole milk , milk and vermicelli’s cook 10 min , when it gets thick remove from flame , now add in a dish , lastly decorate with silver paper.
Khushk masala karahi :
Ingredients
Chicken ½ kg
Green chilies 10
Oil ½ liter
Coriander ½ bunch
Garlic chopped 4tbsp
Red pepper crushed 1tsp
Coriander whole 1tsp
Black pepper whole ½ tsp
Lemon juice 2tbsp
Black salt as required
Ginger chopped 1tbsp
Salt as required
Green chilies as required
Chaat masala as required
Method
Heat oil in a wok add green chilies , water and chicken , now add chopped garlic , ginger and cook, when chicken gets golden color so sieve the oil , now put oil in wok add coriander whole , black pepper whole ,red pepper crushed , chaat masala , black salt , lemon juice and salt cook 203 min and remove, lastly sprinkle green chilies and coriander and serve.
